A Joliet woman was arrested on charges of committing more than $5,500 in retail theft at a Kohl’s store in Plainfield and charges of Paycheck Protection Program loan fraud.
Two people have been charged with fraudulently obtaining $1.1 million loan from the Paycheck Protection Program and using $653,500 of that money to purchase a Mokena residence.
