Job Summary:
We are hiring an experienced Accounts Payable associate to manage full-cycle accounts payable workflows. This role ensures accurate vendor disbursements, manages complex reconciliations, and maintains strong internal financial controls.

Key Responsibilities:
• Full-Cycle AP: Oversee the end-to-end invoice lifecycle from initial receipt to final payment ledger posting.
• Account Reconciliation: Reconcile monthly vendor statements and investigate unresolved balances or variances.
• Tax Compliance: Collect and verify vendor W-9 forms and assist with annual 1099 filing preparations.
• Month-End Close: Prepare prior month invoice entry before closing the AP module within our accounting software.
Qualifications:
• Experience: 1–4 years of dedicated full-cycle accounts payable experience.
• Systems: Hands-on experience with an accounting software program and scanners.
• Technical Skills: Beginner Microsoft Excel skills
• Core Competencies: Problem-solving mindset, strong analytical skills, and time-management capabilities.
